Terms of Service

Gig & Band Manager — last updated September 2026

Gig & Band Manager is a scheduling tool for a small, invited group of bands, musicians, and venues to coordinate rehearsals, shows, and availability. It isn't a public product or a commercial service — access is by invitation only. These terms are intentionally short and written in plain language for that reason.

Access

You may only use the app if you've been invited by an existing band admin, or granted calendar access by one. Accounts are tied to the email address the invite was sent to.

Your responsibilities

Account actions

A band's admins can remove or deactivate members of their own band, and the app's owner can disable a login where necessary (for example, in response to abuse). We'll always try to resolve issues directly with you first where practical.

No warranty

This app is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. It's run and maintained by one person as a tool for a small community, not a funded company with an uptime guarantee or a support team. We'll do our best to keep it working and your data safe, but can't promise the service will always be available or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app — for example, a missed rehearsal or show resulting from a bug, an email that didn't arrive, or downtime.

Changes

We may update these terms or the app's features over time. If we make a significant change to these terms, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
